Almost every person experiences those reactions one way or another over the course of one's life. Different temperaments can experience anger. Shy, outgoing, perfectionist, or laid-back people may have angry reactions in many ways. Anger can result in many behavioral problems that may affect normal functioning and if it is not understood and managed in a proper way, it can lead to serious setbacks.
